Giving back is at the heart of the PGA TOUR. TPC Wakefield Plantation embraces the TOUR’s giving back mission whole-heartedly, hosting numerous charitable events throughout the year benefiting a variety of local, regional and national charities and causes.

Proceeds from the Nationwide Tour’s Rex Hospital Open benefit the Rex Cancer Center through the Rex Hospital Foundation, an organization that has contributed more than $5 million to programs including mobile mammography, heart and vascular diagnostics, and cancer and heart disease education, treatment and outreach through the Rex Hospital Open and other golf tournaments.

TPC Wakefield Plantation also gives back by hosting an annual charity golf tournament benefiting U.S. troops and their families as part of the PGA TOUR’s national Birdies for the Brave military outreach program.
