Featuring both casual and eclectic fare, the Cardinal clubhouse offers an array of après golf dining opportunities. With a breathtaking view of the golf course, the Cardinal Dining Room offers evening diners a chance to experience the Southern fusion and flair of Executive Chef Michael Monahan. The Pete Dye Grille offers sumptuous sandwiches, fresh salads and seasonal specials in a more casual setting, whether you're in the mood for a relaxing lunch or making your way on or off the golf course. Our Family Night Buffets feature both traditional and innovative themes, including "Breakfast at Twilight," "Coastal Creations," "Italian Extravaganza," and the ever popular "Cardinal Chicken Night." Members also enjoy a plethora of delights at our holiday buffets and themed cookouts. For special occasions and business events, our banquet facilities can accommodate groups from three to three hundred. With premium services and cuisine in an elegant setting, the Cardinal offers something for everyone's palate.
