Chef Michael worked as Executive Chef Prime Only Steak, seafood and Sashimi Bar.
His resume includes Second Empire Restaurant & Tavern and The Cardinal Club Raleigh. The brigade system of organizing a kitchen, the importance of technique and artistic aspects of food preparation describe Chef Michael’s work. Experience at The Cardinal Club brought the importance of details through the organization and execution of large parties. Chef Michael worked closely with the Banquet Chef to provide a memorable experience for members and their guests. Chef Michael joined the McConnell Golf Team in 2008 and participated in the Signature Chefs Live Auction by the March of Dimes and in 2009 he was the recipient of the coveted 'Culinary Excellence' award.
